The TOPS Lab provides a continuously updated and centralized repository of all WisDOT ITS and ITSNet related as-built inventory statewide. This includes end to end support services for WisDOT, hosting and maintaining the servers, database, and software licenses.
In the summer of 2015, the SpatialInfo system was retired, in favor of a more streamlined and adaptable GIS-based system. The diagrams and references here are in the process of being updated to reflect the new architecture and services.

Database and Available Resources
As of August 2015, SpatialInfo software, including SpatialNet and SpatialWeb, are no longer available. This information is in the process of being udpated.
Data is entered and maintained in an Oracle Spatial database by means of spatialNET. The information is then made availalble in a variety of formats to external applications either by an API which refrences continuously updated information or by a map service hosted by ArcGIS Server.
