| TOPS_WisTransPortal | WisTransPortal lane closure resources, including the Wisconsin Lane Closure System, are all components of the WisTransPortal system which is located at the TOPS Lab at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and managed by TOPS Lab IT staff. |
| WisDOT | WisDOT construction, maintenance, and other staff enter or manage highway lane closure information in the LCS and/or receive lane closure reports through 511, LCS email, and other methods. |
